The Board of Studies provides all school curricula from Kindergarten to Year 12. There are six Key Learning Areas for primary schools. These are:
Talking and Listening, Reading and Writing.
Number, Space and Geometry, Data, Measurement, Patterns and Algebra, Working Mathematically.
Students learn about the natural and made environments by investigating, designing, making and by using technology.
This area deals with peoples' interactions with one another and with their social, cultural and physical environments.
Students explore and experience different art forms including Dance, Drama, Music and Visual Arts.
K-6 students learn to understand, value and lead healthy, active and fulfilling lifestyles. This includes Student Welfare and Anti-bullying Programs, Gender Equity and Child Protection.
